Support more than 3 outbounds

I suggest making INCY the same behaviour that Karing does: supporting multiple outbounds, not limited to 3 only (bypass, proxy, block).

Use case:
Imagine that a subscription provides servers from A to F. I'd like to have rules for each, essentially having multiple outbounds under the hood. rule1 routes traffic to A, rule2 does the same to B, etc.

Karing is the only one GUI client in entire market that does that. That's why I stick with it.
