Related previous report: INCY-DEV/incy-platforms#75 Environment Platform: iOS Incy version: 2.4.5 (2.007260046) IncyCore version: 2.2.2 Xray version: 26.7.11 iOS version: 26.5.2 Device model: iPhone 15 Summary This appears to be a regression affecting VLESS Reality subscription import and provider handling in Incy. The same annVPN VLESS Reality subscription family previously worked in Incy on both Wi-Fi and T-Mobile cellular around June 12, 2026. After that, VLESS profiles began either connecting without usable internet traffic or appearing as empty subscription providers. Current reproducible result I opened the HTTPS import link generated by my VPN service for a VLESS Reality-only subscription: https://annvpn.arsenynn.quest/open/incy/<redacted>?protocol=vless-reality Incy opens successfully and creates a new provider. However, the provider contains zero servers and displays: “No servers” In some attempts, Incy also displayed: “Servers unavailable” Pressing Refresh does not change the provider state. No VLESS server appears, and no error message, validation result, or diagnostic explanation is shown. Expected result The imported provider should contain one VLESS Reality server. Actual result The provider is created, but it contains zero servers. Control test A Hysteria2 subscription from the same service, imported through the same /open/incy/ flow, works correctly and contains one Hysteria2 server. Therefore, the general provider import flow and the service domain are reachable, while the VLESS Reality provider remains empty. Historical diagnostic evidence This VLESS Reality service has previously been tested outside Incy. During earlier Incy failure windows: - the VLESS listener was active; - the server accepted VLESS Reality sessions; - non-zero traffic samples were recorded; - an official Xray client using the corresponding server-side parameters successfully accessed the internet; - a full Xray configuration with inbounds, outbounds, and loglevel=debug still produced no usable user traffic in Incy; - the visible Incy xray.log remained empty, while tunnel.log contained only tunnel lifecycle events. The issue was previously reported in INCY-DEV/incy-platforms#75. Additional observations Directly adding subscription source URLs inside Incy has also shown inconsistent behavior: - some URLs are detected as subscriptions but time out; - a VLESS profile previously imported but connected without usable internet access; - a mixed VLESS Reality + Hysteria2 subscription did not import successfully. The primary reproducible issue in the current version is the VLESS-only import creating a provider with zero servers. Questions 1. Why does Incy create the provider but discard or hide the VLESS Reality server? 2. Is there a provider parsing or VLESS validation error that is not shown in the UI? 3. Can Incy expose a useful error or log when a subscription refresh results in zero servers? 4. Is a specific VLESS Reality URI or full-config shape required by the current iOS version? 5. What logs or redacted configuration fields should I provide for further diagnosis? I can provide a temporary private subscription URL or additional redacted evidence directly to the Incy team if required.

Hello! Could you please confirm whether this report has been reviewed? The issue is still reproducible in Incy 2.4.5 on iOS: the Hysteria2 subscription imports correctly, while the VLESS Reality subscription creates an empty provider with “No servers”. I can provide a temporary private subscription URL, redacted configuration details, logs, or additional tests if needed. Thank you
