Shadowsocks importation bug

Hi i have reported this issue on github but no one answered.

The iPhone version does not import the SIP022 format of the Shadowsocks 2022-blake3-aes-256-gcm which looks like this:

ss://2022-blake3-aes-256-gcm:percent-encoded(serverKey):percent-encoded(clientKey)@host:port

But can import the SIP002 format which uses the base64 encoded user-info and looks like this:

ss://base64(2022-blake3-aes-256-gcm:serverKey:clientKey)@host:port

This issue is only on the iPhone version downloaded from appstore, the android version is fine and imports the SIP022 format
