I have a problem with INCVY on my MacBook running macOS Sequoia. The TUN/Tunnel mode does not work properly.

Interestingly, versions of VPN apps that I installed from the Mac App Store have worked correctly, but versions downloaded directly from official websites have problems with TUN/Tunnel mode.

Could this be related to macOS permissions, TUN access, or a difference between the App Store and direct-download versions? Is there a way to fix this?

It appears you mentioned you are using INCY 3.3.4. Current version for Silicon is 3.7.2: https://github.com/INCY-DEV/incy-platforms/releases/tag/desktop-v3.7.2
Have you had a chance to install an update?
